We are among the winners of the Lombardy Region’s CALL HUB INNOVATION AND RESEARCH call for proposals with the SAMBA project.
The SAMBA project, promoted by 3P Technologies, Kalpa, ATS, Eucentre, Harpaceas, and Agevoluzione, is one of 33 projects of excellence selected by the Lombardy Region’s “Call Hub Research and Innovation” call for proposals, also financed with POR FESR 2014-2020 funds.
Specifically, SAMBA intends to realize a system that can do self-learning on the use of the premises of an existing building, and model its behavior through Artificial Intelligence.
The building then becomes an ecosystem of interconnected devices and systems through non-invasive technologies: an economic solution with low impact and maximum performance yield, whereby the building will be able to activate its utilities (lights, heating, cooling, security, access) in a predictive manner and ensure living and working comfort.
SAMBA uses emerging technology as 5G, IoT, and Machine Learning to detect and acquire data and outline the performance of the building.
This project has been set up as a partnership with other specialized companies, and ATS is in charge of the IoT infrastructure for data acquisition, and of ML/AI analytical models.
