We are a company of individuals. A passionate, multidisciplinary, and skilled team that currently comprises over 160 collaborators, including employees and consultants.

We are organized into teams that interact with each other based on mutual and transparent expectations, forming the basis for our company processes. It is an unprecedented organizational model, oriented towards self-management, and highly innovative.

Guided by our R&D, we develop solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Microservices, Low-Latency, Reactive Systems, Data Analytics, DevOps, and Responsive UX.

Our organization

Development

It is our largest team, consisting of architects, analysts, developers, DevOps, and testers. They are united in pursuing and maintaining high software quality, integrating the use of new technologies proposed by the R&D team.

Development takes place with a strong focus on security and privacy. We adopt the latest technologies and infrastructures to mitigate intrusions and external attacks.

ATS is ISTQB certified (International Testing Qualifications Board).

Analisti

Our analysts play a fundamental role, primarily for their understanding of customer processes and business requirements gathering.
They follow the definition of the target IT solution, logical design, data model, and drafting of detailed functional specifications for the solution.

Precision and rigor in analysis and solution formulation are essential prerequisites.
Other qualities that characterize our analysts include relational skills (within the team and with the client), the ability to estimate a project, and grasp its most critical aspects.

UX / UI

Among our teams, this is one of the most strongly oriented towards understanding and meeting customer needs.
It implements a flexible and design thinking methodology to outline prototype sketches on which an observation phase and feedback can be carried out.

Ideas take shape in mockups, simple designs outlining the subsequent stages of design, including wireframes, graphic prototypes, and interactive prototypes.
This team is in constant communication with our analysts, with our developers, and with the R&D department up to final validation of our solution.

R&D

Our name, Advanced Technology Solutions, points straight to our most vibrant team, which studies the latest technological trends to always propose the optimal solution.

Research areas are diverse, ranging from low-latency to big data technologies, from reactive architectures to microservices, from new languages to development frameworks, from artificial intelligence to data analytics techniques, without excluding all issues related to security, always fundamental in our solutions.
