We are a knowledge IT company that has been in the market since 1993, combining IT and business knowledge to provide technical consulting.
• Approximately 160 people, including employees and stable consultants, collaborate with us, the majority of whom are Software Architects, Functional Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Business Consultants.
•We are owned by Base Digitale Group (Sesa Group), which holds 75% of the ownership of ATS, 25% is held by the managing partners.
• For 20 years, we have had intensive collaborations with MTS, major banking groups, and medium to large enterprises,
accumulating extensive experience in the implementation of mission-critical projects.
• In our activity as a research and development company, we have stable collaborations with universities for R&D projects on topics such as Artificial Intelligence and algorithmic and quantitative trading.
• We recently established a Foreign Factory in Córdoba, Argentina, providing us with greater flexibility
and efficiency.
• The big four Audit teams have been reviewing our financial statements for over 15 years.
