Whistleblowing
Alongside our core values and general principles of legal compliance, honesty, transparency, fairness, and good faith, we prioritize the well-being of the people who work and collaborate with us, as well as our responsibility toward the local community, as key sustainable development goals.
We have adopted a process for receiving, analyzing, and processing reports (including anonymous ones) regarding our organization, whether submitted by third parties or by our employees and/or collaborators. This process complies with the regulatory updates introduced by Legislative Decree March 10, 2023, no. 24, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).
The following internal reporting channels are available to report information concerning company personnel and/or third parties regarding violations of laws and regulations, the Code of Ethics, and the system of rules and procedures applicable within the company:
- Via Whistleblowing Platform
- Ordinary Mail, addressed to the Whistleblowing System Manager, via Leonardo da Vinci, 20, 50132 Florence (FI).
- Verbally, via a statement released by the whistleblower during a specific hearing, scheduled upon request through the aforementioned channels.
These channels are not available for commercial complaints or for disputes and requests related to personal interests.
Absolute confidentiality is guaranteed to the whistleblower, the facilitator, and all persons involved in the report. In the case of anonymous reports, it is impossible to trace the identity of the whistleblower.
No form of personal or professional retaliation is permitted or tolerated as a result of a report being made. If you believe you have suffered retaliation because of a report, you may notify the Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC).
