The ATS product for the management of SUPERBONUS / ECOBONUS practices in every stage: from the study of the project, to execution and affirmation, up to the transfer of credit / discount.
Simple and customized workflows – Guides users in carrying out their activities with preconfigured workflows and intuitive actions; specific workflows for the different types of tax bonuses to standardize working practices
Documentation control – Ensures that all mandatory documents required in the various processing stages are collected. The check is done on the basis of a pre-configured checklist for each phase with the possibility of automatically extracting the document dossier for requesting the loan of the tax credit sold
Deadline control – Allows you to set deadlines (eg. Activities to do, appointments) and automatically alerts users when deadlines that have not yet been fulfilled are approaching
Online collaboration between users – Allows to request external collaborators: accountant, condominium administrator, technicians, to directly insert the documents into the practice with the possibility of validating them before inserting them in the document dossier of the practice
Shared practices archive – The historical practices archive is always available to retrieve and reuse data, documents and activities already carried out previously; the archive search makes it very easy to find the necessary information
Preparation of flows for the Inland Revenue – Arranges the flows for the electronic transmission of notices of assignment of the tax credit / discount to the Inland Revenue
