The possibility of using an ASP solution, allows intermediaries to reduce infrastructure and management costs, streamlining and facilitating further the procedures for physical access to the Italian and /or foreign market.
The service includes the housing and facility management systems, in partnership with Bit Market Services, the application management, which ensures the customer a solution always meets the functional requirements and compliance and the service management that supports the customer from the functional point of view, providing high quality service.
Support Service Desk takes place through organized according to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and using tools for trouble ticketing and service management for the control of agreed Service Level Agreement.
Trouble ticketing tools are also available directly from the customer who can handle the opening of the call and check the status of the bug reports.
